Usually registration process is performed in concerned taluka where the land is situated.
The registration charges are 6% + 1%.

Yes. Some of them are ready and some are not, because many N.A. orders are getting ready within 2 months the construction permission will be procured from the collector. The other way is by taking permission from Gram panchayat, the house can be constructed any time.
14. How much the value can be appreciated in future?

On an average 30% p.a. More over the land is situated in golden triangle, where the price appreciation was from 100% to 500% in yester years within the period of 2 years.
15. Are papers clear under 7/12 and do company carry a clear title on all land?
